Target program of production capacity promotion  

The objective of this program is to provide economic entities with access to affordable financial resources dedicated to the modernization of production capacities and the implementation of new technologies in Armenia. The program drives the competitiveness of manufactured goods and services while increasing labor productivity. Within the framework of the program, beneficiaries are eligible for interest rate subsidization on loans or leasing provided by financial institutions operating within the Republic of Armenia, available in both Armenian Drams (AMD) and foreign currency. Eligible items for financing include new (unused) machinery, equipment, and their components.

Product Certification and Laboratory Testing Fee Reimbursement Program
The objective of this program is to support organizations and individual entrepreneurs registered in the state registry by partially reimbursing the costs of conformity assessment and laboratory testing required for exported products. Eligible expenses for reimbursement include costs incurred to obtain documentation issued by accredited conformity assessment bodies in the importing country—including certificates, declarations of conformity, or other equivalent documents—as well as costs associated with obtaining laboratory test results (protocols). The program aims to stimulate the export of Armenian products by ensuring compliance with international requirements and enhancing competitiveness in foreign markets.

Export Promotion Assistance Program
Assistance is provided to RA resident organizations and registered individual entrepreneurs for the export of goods of Armenian origin to European Union member states, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and Canada. The amount of assistance is equivalent to the sum calculated at the customs duty rate established for the respective product under the legislation of the importing country.

State Support Measure for Supply Chain Diversification in the Textile Sector
The objective of this measure is to promote the diversification of raw material imports for textile industry organizations. Support is provided in the form of interest rate subsidization for loans obtained from licensed banks or credit organizations operating within the Republic of Armenia. These loans must be designated for the import of raw materials from China, India, Italy, Uzbekistan, South Korea, Bangladesh, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and EAEU member states.

"Infrastructure for Investment" Support Measure
By Decision N 1343-N of August 24, 2022, the Government of the Republic of Armenia approved the "Infrastructure for Investment" support measure.
The objective of the program is to incentivize private investment in Armenia by supporting companies that are implementing investment projects.
State support is provided in the form of partial reimbursement of expenses incurred to supply the project site with the necessary infrastructure required for the implementation of the investment program.

Customs Duty Exemption for Technological Equipment and Raw Materials in Priority Sectors
By Decision N 1118-N of September 17, 2015, the Government of the Republic of Armenia approved the program for exemption from import customs duties within the framework of investment projects implemented in priority sectors.
The objective of the program is to stimulate investment activity in Armenia by supporting economic entities during the implementation of investment projects in priority sectors.
Under this measure, companies are granted the opportunity to import technological equipment, their components and accessories, as well as raw materials and consumables required for their investment projects, without paying import customs duties.
Consequently, the program facilitates production development, cost reduction, and the attraction of new investments.
