Initiated by the "Textile Industry Operator" Foundation (TIOF) and within the framework of a strategic agreement with PUM Netherlands Senior Experts, a webinar titled "Expo Preparation, Sales, and Marketing" was held.
The collaboration aims to engage international experts to assist Armenian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in developing their negotiation skills, international market positioning, and strategic communication.
The webinar was led by expert Gea Eleveld, who presented global trends in the textile sector, core principles for participating in international trade fairs, and effective sales and negotiation strategies.
During the session, participants gained practical knowledge on preparing for exhibitions effectively, defining clear objectives, strengthening sales strategies, and accurately assessing buyer expectations.
The program plans to support approximately 20–30 SMEs by providing individual consulting to facilitate their more effective engagement in international markets.
