The Foundation was established at the initiative of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, with the support of the UK Government’s Good Governance Fund (GGF), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the Investment Council of Armenia (ICA).
The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Economy, Edgar Zakaryan, who emphasized the strategic importance of the textile industry to the Armenian economy.
