"Textile Industry Operator" Foundation is seeking a "Marketing and Communications Specialist" for permanent employment.
Type of employment: Full-time with a 3-month probation period.
Working schedule (days and hours): 5-day working week (Monday to Friday), from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Job Description: Management of communications and external relations for the "Textile Industry Operator" Foundation (hereinafter as the Foundation) and parties involved in the Foundation's activities, ensuring the publication of information by the Foundation, and overseeing the conformity of published materials about the Foundation.
Working Responsibilities
  • Ensures communication between the Foundation and parties involved in the Foundation's activities.
  • Develops the Foundation's "Communication Strategy," "Communication Strategy Implementation Plan," as well as the necessary documents for the execution of the "Communication Strategy," and monitors their relevance.
  • Implements the "Communication Strategy" and plans.
  • Ensures coverage of the Foundation's activities, including the creation and management of the Foundation's social media pages, publication of press releases, and organization of press conferences.
  • Organizes the publication of information by the Foundation, including announcements regarding the Foundation's Programs, reports, and information defined by the Foundation's internal legal acts.
·       Ensures the formation and sustainable development of the Foundation's brand, including ensuring the development of the Foundation's "Brand Book" and its conformity to the style and principles defined in the manual.
·       Monitors changes and development trends in the fashion industry.
·       Develops the Foundation's communication principles and processes for emergency situations.
·       Carries out the evaluation and monitoring of the goals and plans of the implemented "Communication Strategy."
·       Organizes the development, maintenance, and uninterrupted operation control of the Foundation's official website and social media platform pages.
·       In case of cooperation with outsourced companies, coordinates their activities.
·       Develops and implements the formation and sustainable development of the Foundation's internal brand with the HR manager.
·       Continuously monitors the implementation of the Foundation's "Communication Strategy."
·       Evaluates the results of actions implemented within the "Communication Strategy" and presents them for the consideration of the Foundation's management.
·       Executes assignments given by the Foundation's management and presents the results of their completion.
·       Develops reports defined by internal legal acts and submits them for the Executive Director's review.

Professional Requirements:
·       Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Marketing/Communications.
·       At least 5 (five) years of professional experience.
·       Proficiency in at least one professional software program (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, 3DMAX, etc.).
·       Knowledge and experience in using Artificial Intelligence programs and marketing automation tools.
·       Knowledge and experience with CRM programs (Bitrix24, etc.).
·       Experience in SMM (Social Media Marketing) and/or content management.
·       Knowledge of modern and online marketing techniques and best practices.
·       Knowledge of non-technical tools for website search engine optimization (SEO).
·       Knowledge of online analytics (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).
·       Knowledge of the textile industry and its specific characteristics.

·       Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian (knowledge of French and other languages is desirable).
